This trip offers an in-depth exploration of Japan’s culinary and craft traditions, guided by the people who dedicate their lives to preserving them. At its centre are shokunin—masters whose practice is defined by discipline, repetition, and care—and the concept of omotenashi, Japan’s codified and deeply held approach to hospitality. Together, they shape PRIOR’s first group journey through the country.

The tour will conclude in Ishikawa with visits to Yamanaka Onsen and Kanazawa.
